WEAVING
Our precious fabric is produced by looms, and skilled employees, contributing to effective production, added on with cone-winding, bobbin machines and warping machine facilities. While special care is taken to achieve better quality produce, it is also insured that at the same time our employees are provided with a safe and healthy environment.
Bleaching / Dyeing
A technically strong processing team has been the reason for success in controlling, maintaining the shades, while ensuring that all protocols required by our buyer partners are met. The bleaching process involves a series of steps to ensure exact color matching and a color fast process, including washing, dyeing and drying/hanging
Stitching
The stitching process is spread widely across many in-house departments, which are all monitored closely for quality assurance. Departments are segregated based on techniques, required by customers on the products, such as over lock or basic and complex hem techniques.

Storage
We have extensive warehousing and storage facilities that allows us to store products and raw materials for an extended period of time without being worried about damage or decay.
Regular operation is very important to our company, especially with regard to meeting the deadline commitments we make to the customer. As a result, our production facility has complete in-house power generation, so we never experience any interruption in production due to power failures, breakdowns, etc. Our power generation equipment are by the leading brand.
